Are there any shipping costs?

Germany 🇩🇪 (free shipping on orders over €20, otherwise €4.90)
United Kingdom 🇬🇧 (free shipping on orders over €20, otherwise €4.90)
Europe 🇪🇺 (free shipping on orders over €20, otherwise €9.90)
USA🌎 (free shipping on orders over $20, otherwise $9)
Canada 🇨🇦 (free shipping on orders over $20, otherwise $9)
Do I have to pay customs duties?
For deliveries to the European Union and the United States, the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm applies. 🌍
For deliveries to Canada, Norway, and Switzerland, the DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterm applies. Any customs duties, handling fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon receipt of the goods.

How can I track my order?
We will send a tracking number to your email address once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
What are the guarantees?
In the event of breakage, failure, or any other defective parts during this one-year period, 100% of the cost will be covered.
How can I return my item?
Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery, as evidenced by the postmark, for a refund, and within 30 days for a credit or exchange.

How far can the HydroRay X™ shoot?
With the HydroRay X™, you can hit targets up to 10 meters away with great accuracy. With the league's PowerShot mode, you even have a range of 15 meters.
What are the game modes like on the HydroRay X™?
Our team of engineers has created the most epic water blaster ever. With the HydroRay X™, you can switch between different game modes. Choose the style that suits you and the occasion. Open mode: Shoot however you like. Each time you pull the trigger, a powerful jet of water will be released. Burst mode: Fire 3 super-fast, consecutive, ultra-powerful jets of water each time you pull the trigger. But be careful, your tank will run out very quickly. League mode: This is WaterWare's official tournament mode. Your firing rate is limited, but hold down the trigger to trigger a PowerShot and enjoy superior range and impact.
Are the blows painful?
The individual hits are strong but not painful. Part of the fun is feeling the hit, but you shouldn't be knocked out by it. The game has to go on, right?
How do I recharge the HydroRay X™?
To recharge, simply immerse the front of the HydroRay X™ in a water source, charge it fully, and depressurize it with a few pumps. There is no need to run inside the house or take a long break.
